wasp nest might of developed in flat?
A month ago in my boyfriends flat we found two dead wasps. Obviously we didn't think much about it until we came back a month later and found 6 more dead in the living room.
The living room door has been closed, windows everything. The flat has been empty for about a months now and a girl who lives there went offshore for a month but the silly person left her bedroom window open and locked her door. Unfortunately we only found this out recently and we realized the window had been left opened for the entire month.
We think the wasps have been coming in via the window and going up the slot in the ceiling into the air ventilators and into the living room.
Am I right or is there another way on how they could be getting in?
not sure what you are referring to as air ventilators, but if you mean AC, no they won't be coming from there. A common way they find their way in a home is they get into the attic to nest.... with the attic being dark, there will be small amounts of light coming from various ceiling light fixtures and they will be drawn towards the light and thus getting into the home.
