wind turbine blade twist angle?

suppose i need to design a wind turbine blade that is twisted, how do i select the twist angle and what reasing do i give for my choice of such angle? pls help

It depends on things like speed of rotation, length of arm, load, wind speed.

Companies that design these spend a lot of effort to get this right.

I'd just start with 45 degrees and see how it works. Build it so that it's easy to change the angles.
