Where are some good places to buy 30-yr architectural shingles?
We're replacing the roof on our house, and need 82 squares of 30-year architectural shingles. Is there somewhere online where you can buy them at a deep discount, and have them shipped at very low cost? I've "googled" every term I can think of, and have come up with only trash. ("Googling" and "yahooing" don't work as well now as they once did - I had the same problem when searching for solar panels; and found useful info only after a friend told me the name of a good web site, which Yahoo, Google, Ask, and Dogpile never found.)
I have never been able to buy shingles cheaper if they are more than 100 miles away.
Shipping is going to be the issue, remember that the local guys can also load them on the roof for you.
