please help design a simple circuit on pir sensor?

the purpose is to design a circuit diagram for the PIR sensor to detect body temperature of a human being.and I am not allowed to use any programming for this circuit.The output of the sensor will have to the input of pulse width modulator and the output from it will have to into the input of a forward reverse motor circuit.basically when the sensor senses human body heat it will drive the motor slower and when it didnt it drive the motor abit faster.i usually get answers of the pir sensor that detects motion,i didnt want the pir to detect motion.Please help to design a simple circuit diagram.I seriously need help on this.Thanks

If you want to remove the motion sensing part of this last schematic, try removing the 33 uF capacitor. It will then need careful adjustment of the audio pot, but it should now detect static IR, not just motion.
