who knows about HHO (brown gas) dry cell..and how can i build one?

Ok people...iv'e looked all over the net, but everyone has a diffrent version...My questions are
1) how can i build a dry cell...11 sheets...21 sheets...the shape of the steel sheets and witch goes where...the main design anyway

2) how much power in volts or watts do i need to run one dry cell....can i use 2 - 3 - 4 cells and how much power will i need....can i make a bigger cell and what how will i know the power that i must use for the size of the cell i make....is there an equation or something

3) how can i select and burn the gas safely...what should i use on the gas hose for no back fire...i know i need a bubbler, one way valves more than one, brass coil, and a welding head, what are they....what size for how much gas and can i make them

4) basically i need a design plan

is there anyone that can help me...do this correctly??????????????????????

The only practical use for an "HHO cell," more accurately called an electrolysis cell, is to generate gas for combustion. The gas usually burns with a brilliant orange light, but if it is pressurized* (and PLEASE read all of this), it can be very effective at cutting or heating materials.

*The caveat here is that the hydrogen/oxygen mixture is highly explosive, and can go off spontaneously when pressurized. If you accumulate any more than a tiny quantity of these gases (a few milliliters), KEEP THEM IN SEPARATE RESERVOIRS! You can construct your cell to duct the two gases away from each other as they form at opposite electrodes.

You cannot use one of these to generate free energy (because of losses in both electrolysis and combustion, you will expend more energy making the gas than you can possibly get by burning it.) You cannot use it to power your car from water (I know this sounds ridiculous but many people believe that water can be made flammable by treating it somehow in a "Brown cell" or "Joe cell.") You cannot use it to generate any kind of miraculous healing potion (the electrolyte solution becomes quite poisonous soon after you apply power, if it wasn't to begin with.) If you are trying to do any of these you should look into some more useful applications of hydrogen and oxygen.

The quantity of gas generated depends on the temperature and the electrolyte you use. More current gives you more gas, but it also generates more heat and makes more unwanted salts form in the cell. The easiest way to increase output is to increase the size of your cell. You can make some basic calculations if you decide exactly how much gas you want to generate.

Be careful, please. If you do something like this in an enclosed space you could end up blowing the walls out of your house, not to mention what would happen to you.
