What amp will power THREE Kicker 07CVR124's?
Right now I have two Kicker 07CVR124 (Found here: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_8363... I'm in the process of buying one more of this type. I had a 600watt Boss amp that was powering the first two, but that blew. I now need an amp that will power three of these subs. Any suggestions? Thanks!
What is the minimum amount of watts I would need to power three of these?
Any amp that is between 1000 and 1300 watts at 2 ohms will work well, since the best way to wire those would be in a series parallel combo at a 2.667 ohm load. A Kicker ZX1000.1 would work well. Or a Precision Power D3000/1
P.S. Tommy is dumb. Power acoustic is overrated junk. Besides, the RMS of the subs are 1200 combined. The amp is 2100(yeah right) @ 2 ohms. Not a good match.
